A Note on Shipping
One of the benefits of being based in Dubai is the accessibility of many amazing, unique and well-priced fabrics. One of the downsides is the cost of shipping. Unfortunately the local mail system is expensive and unreliable, so all orders from idFabrics.com are sent by courier (we currently work with TNT couriers - www.tnt.com). The minimum shipping charge is AU$20 (approximately US$17, GBP 8.60) and shipping will take approximately 4-5 days to anywhere in the world. We trust that the excellent prices of our fabrics will more than make up for the higher shipping cost. So far we have received excellent service from our courier company and we hope that you will see your shipping costs as a good investment for the protection of your order.

Payments
Clicking on any of the “Add to Cart” or “View Cart” buttons on this website will take you to a secure external payment site run by PayPal. Even if you are not a PayPal member you can still make payments using your credit card or bank account (where available). There is a small inconspicuous link on the bottom left of the payment page.

idFabrics.com will only accept payments through PayPal. Please do not send cheques or cash.

Return Policy
We carefully check all fabric for faults before it is send out. If, however, you find a fault in your fabric, please return it to us. Once we receive it we will verify the fault and give you a full refund including shipping costs.

Refunds will not be given for any other reason including incorrect colour (if you are unsure of a colour please request a free sample), or change of mind.

Representation of Fabrics
We do our best to ensure accurate representation of our fabrics on this site, however, we can not guarantee that colours as you view them on your screen are true to life. If you would like to check a colour match, please send us an email stating which fabrics you are interested in and we will send samples to you free of charge.
